RETURNS
All orders placed through the online store have a 14-day right of return. The cost of the return is the postage (€6,00), which is deducted from the amount to be returned. You can find more detailed information about our return conditions here. You can also make a return directly to our store.
Sending a return request
Click the profile icon in the main menu or log in to your customer account from this link . Then request a refund.
Sign in to your account:
1. Enter your email address in the Email field and then click Continue .
2. Open the e-mail sent from our store in your e-mail account and copy the six-digit confirmation code contained in the e-mail.
3. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit confirmation code.
4. Click on the order you want to return.
5. If you have more than one product in your order, select the products you want to return.
6. Select the reason for the return and add a comment for the transaction.
7. Click Request a refund .
When your return request is accepted and the return requires delivery, you will receive an email with delivery instructions and a return label. When the product has been returned, you will receive a refund minus the return postage (€6,00).
