All orders placed through the online store have a 14-day right of return. The cost of the return is postage (6.00€), which will be deducted from the amount to be returned. You can find more detailed information about our return conditions here. Returns can also be made directly to our store.

Submitting a return request

Click the profile icon in the main menu or log in to your customer account from this link . Then request a refund.

Log in to your account:

1. Enter your email address in the Email field, then click Continue .

2. Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code contained in the email.

3. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

4. Click on the order you want to return.

5. If your order includes more than one product, select the products you want to return.

6. Select a reason for the return and add a comment for the transaction.

7. Click Request a refund .

Once your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund minus the return postage fee (€6.00).

If the products are not shipped within 7 days of the return request being accepted, the right to a refund will lapse.
